Mitchell's Newest Lake Area Development
Situated in northwest Mitchell and surrounded by Lake Mitchell, the Southlake Estates development offers lots within walking distance of lakefront access and parks. Boat ramps and a golf course are located less than a mile away as well. This development began with 37 open lots available for homes to be moved in or built on site with the first finished homes sold in late summer 2025.
Lots are available for purchase and finished homes will be available as they are built or can be arranged for purchase during construction. TIF requirements mandate finished value of homes constructed on lots in this development must not exceed $410,000.
