Mitchell Area Housing Inc. (MAHI) is a non-profit housing organization whose purpose is to facilitate and assist families in securing good quality housing and to encourage home ownership by such persons in the surrounding area of Mitchell, SD.
Building Mitchell's Future
MAHI is working to ensure the growth of Mitchell through various housing programs and to make affordable housing available for current and future residents.
Home Repair Assistance
Through the MAHI Home Repair Funding program, we help rehab homes in the Mitchell area and help bring life back to neighborhoods across the city.

MAHI is a local provider of Governor's Houses from the SD Housing program.

MAHI provides rehab grants to qualifying applicants for critical home improvements.
