MAHI's Eastside Development 

Located in northeast Mitchell near Queen of Peace Hospital and less than a mile from multiple parks & schools, Ridgeview on Foster features 24 lots for a great in-town living experience on the outskirts of the city.  Also available are 9 twin-home development lots for efficient living opportunities. 

In a partnership with the Mitchell Area Development Corp, MAHI and Mitchell Technical College will be transforming this Eastside area into a truly unique neighborhood. On the north end, Mitchell Tech will be constructing on-site homes as part of their building trades programs. It's only fitting as Mitchell Tech has built a good portion of the homes in the Firesteel Heights neighborhood just north of Ridgeview!

Lots are available for purchase and finished homes will be available as they are built or can be arranged for purchase during construction.  TIF requirements mandate finished value of homes constructed on lots in this development must not exceed $410,000  (lots 1-4 & 2-4 excluded).
