In a partnership with the Mitchell Area Development Corp, MAHI and Mitchell Technical College will be transforming this Eastside area into a truly unique neighborhood. It's only fitting as Mitchell Tech has built a good portion of the homes in the Firesteel Heights neighborhood just north of Ridgeview!
Lots are available for purchase and finished homes will be available as they are built or can be arranged for purchase during construction. TIF requirements mandate finished value of homes constructed on lots in this development must not exceed $410,000 (lots 1-4 & 2-4 excluded).
