HOME Rehab Program

Rebuilding Great Homes
MAHI has partnered with SD Housing and several federal financing services to help low-income homeowners repair and update homes that are in need of basic needs. We can assist applicants with the financing process and connect them with area contractors to bring their homes up to standard hosing codes and efficient living.

- Grant funds cannot be used by a tenant or landlord for a rental unit
- Pre-Inspection and Post-Inspection will be performed by a MAHI inspector
