Mitchell, S.D., September 6, 2022 – Mitchell Area Housing, Inc. (MAHI) announces the arrival of its first Governor’s House today, September 6, 2022 around 1:00 p.m.

This Governor’s house is a 3-bedroom, 1,200 sq. ft. home and will be placed on a poured basement at 1209 S. Duff.

There is room for a future detached garage with entrance from the cemented alley.

The lot is east of Dakota Wesleyan University, and there will be no parking on the 1200 block of S. Duff.
